So, this is horrifying. If a woman is raped and in one of 25 US states and becomes pregnant and decides to keep the child, the rapist has custody rights. This should be a no brainer to fix, no?
And since when is New York on par with Arkansas, being schooled by progressive feminist havens like South Dakota, Louisiana and Pennsylvania?
