Notatable.org is up and running. If you believe that it’s time once and for all to pass real healthcare reform in this country, please go to the site and mark your facebook and twitter profile pictures.
The idea behind the site came from the town hall crazies taking up all the media attention. Specifically the Nazi lady that Barney Frank said was like “talking to a dining room table.” Your health is your life, and access to quality health care is about as serious as it gets. We cannot afford to let a bunch of screaming teabaggers and health insurance lobbyists take this away from us. There’s too much at stake.
Greg Stratford from Jloop and I built this site over the last month or so. There’s a couple minor issues with the Twitter API, the blog layout needs some love and we haven’t implemented the standalone picture editor, but the main functions are there.
Please use the site, reblog this post and get your friends to do the same. The entire project is based on word-of-mouth momentum to take off.
