What’s in it: 2 Sambazon smoothie açaí and guarana packs, 1.5 bananas, handfull of frozen mango, almond milk, peanut butter.
What’s on it: Strawberries, .5 banana, granola.
Things to experiment with: Hemp powder, frozen bananas, different fruits, less almond milk, hemp seed, chia seed, flax, honey.
