Don’t feel to bad Arizonans. I had a retarded dog once. His name was Tiny. He was too stupid to be trained, and too stupid to act as a guard dog. But he was very friendly and we loved him just the same. Then again, T-Dogg, as we called him, never passed any batshit-crazy race-based legislation. Maybe you should put her out to pasture.
