The Google Nexus One is out in the wild. The industrial design is a lot like the Android OS in that it looks kind of like an iPhone, if the iPhone were made by engineers instead of designers. Which is to say it has all the appropriate features and characteristics that a modern touch screen smartphone should have, but I don’t really care.
It’s one killer app? The rumors are that it won’t be tied to a network. Apple, get on that.

This Guardian UK interactive climate map shows what the world will look like with a 4ºC increase in global average temperature. It’s a great simulation tool, and is essentially a scaled-back version of what we tried to do with climacide visualizer at Grey.
